The hotel is set in a beautiful and incredible location very close to the centre of town, local areas & attractions along the way, and the town center for dining options. Also, it's minutes from The Minch and other tourist sights.

We were in a marvellous and incredible location really close to centre, down part of of the North East Coast of Scotland and very quiet. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ardmair Beach.

It was in a particularly good and lovely location close to restaurants and pubs. The entire staff were amiable.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, however everything was beautiful. The hotel had very very helpful and respectful staff members. The location was peaceful because it was just next door to attractions along the way and the town center for dining options.

Spotlessly clean place, staff was respectful. I enjoyed the breakfast with variety of amazing food. The location was central, really close to centre of town, shops, pubs and restaurants and spectacular drive cross the North Coast. Plus, Inverpolly Nature Reserve was within walking distance of the venue. This hotel met standards!

The staff were respectful and excellent. The location was ideal, right next to the building on a wide sidewalk. It was near the ferry, shops, and restaurants, and the drive across the North Coast was spectacular.

Stayed in modern deluxe room with a TV, a delightful garden, as example. Very central location short walk to shore and harbour, restaurants and shops, down part of of the North East Coast of Scotland and local areas & attractions, it was in a local area.

Simply no reason to complain, perfectly pleasant stay. Very very helpful and excellent staff and the place was exceptionally clean. A nice size unit with a nice decor. Peaceful and magnificent location on the street or right next to the building on a wide sidewalk, easy to get around. Also - very close to shore and harbour, the Highlands, and down part of of the North East Coast of Scotland.

It was immaculate, a nice size and with maybe a tv. Had magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to the seafront.

The breakfasts with smoked salmon were incredibly nice. The location was particularly good and lovely, right by shore and harbour. I had a comfortable stay for the wedding and enjoyed the visit to Inverpolly Nature Reserve. I truly enjoyed the stay and would use them next time.

The location of Ladysmith Guest House is wonderful and stunning. It is very close to the ferry terminal and the centre of town, Ullapool. The stay here was warm for the wedding and met what was needed.

This place has a peaceful location near the seafront which is in a busy area, and they serve a very good breakfast with a variety of options like coffee, fruit juices, toast, cereal, and yogurt.
